The Smash Slider Co. is a food venture of Vitana Ventures, run by Suhas Janardanan (sole proprietor) from Arekere, Bengaluru. This notice explains what we collect on this website and why.
What we collect
- First-batch list: your name, email, optional phone, area, slider preferences and usual window.
- Contact form: your name, email, topic and message.
- Basic technical data: a short-lived, hashed network identifier, used only to stop spam and abuse.
Why we use it
We use it to tell you when ordering opens in your area, to reply to your messages, and to plan batch sizes. We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing beyond what you asked for.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in a secure database on Cloudflare. The owner receives an email alert for each new submission. Only the owner can view or export submissions, through a password-protected dashboard.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, email suhas85@gmail.com. We act within 30 days, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
